Frequently Asked Questions

Booking & Pricing

How do mobile services work?

It all starts with a simple phone call, text, or email. We’ll gather some important information about your vehicle and the issue you're experiencing, then prepare an estimate for the necessary repairs or service.Once you authorize the estimate, we'll work with you to schedule a convenient time and place for the appointment. Because we're a mobile service, we come directly to you—whether you're at home, work, or even your kid’s soccer tournament! This makes getting your vehicle serviced incredibly easy and hassle-free. There are no additional fees for travel, distance, or drive time within our service area.

Who can benefit from using mobile services?

Anyone who values convenience and saving time can benefit from using mobile services. Whether you’re a busy parent, working during typical auto shop hours, or just prefer to avoid the hassle of a waiting room, mobile service brings the work to you—wherever you may be—so you can stay focused on your day.

Aren’t mobile services more expensive?

Actually, no! Our mobile services are comparable in price to what traditional (stationary) shops charge, and sometimes even less. Our lack of a brick-and-mortar shop allows us significantly lower overhead costs, and we’re happy to pass those savings along to you.

Is there a minimum charge per visit?

Our service calls have a minimum charge of one hour of labor. However, this minimum is frequently met by the labor time required for the actual repair or service performed, meaning you often incur no extra charges beyond the cost of the work itself.

What areas do you service?

Payment

What methods of payment and financing do you accept?

We accept cash (exact change only), all major credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App.Financing is also available through Sunbit.
